Last Friday, President Obama announced a new round of federal funding to further yet another green fancy: turning algae into fuel to power our cars, trucks, planes and trains. I just got off a conference call with the Environmental Protection Agency (I do this regularly just to try stay in the loop as to what these seditious bureaucrats are up to).
